About Us
ArboExcellence Provides Professional Tree Services
ArboExcellence is a sole proprietorship founded by Stephen Goddard in 1996. Stephen has more than 30 years of experience in tree work. Stephen’s work with trees began as a youth with his father, now retired, who was a lumberjack, maple syrup producer, Christmas tree grower and outdoorsman. ArboExcellence’s dedication to maintaining and preserving trees comes from Stephen’s appreciation of nature, and a genuine respect for the environment, gained through years of hiking through forests and climbing mountains.
We Recycle
When trees are pruned or cut down, we recycle the branches by chipping, turning them into mulch for gardeners and landscapers. Likewise, all the wood from cutting trees gets hauled to our wood yard where it is sorted by quality and species for sale to saw mills and paper mills or as firewood.
We’re Continuously Learning and Improving Our Skills
ArboExcellence is continuously learning and improving our skills and knowledge. Through our professional affiliations, training conferences, courses and other events, we strive to keep up to date with changes in industry safety standards and best practises in order to provide our clients with the best possible services. Recently, we had the pleasure of attending the Quebec Tree Climbing Championship in Laval.
